Customers receive a 12-digit voucher code when booking, which they must enter on the VCC website, in order to personalize the ticket and select the desired option:

Print-at-Home Ticket (must be printed in original size): The PDF will be sent to the customer by email
Mobile app ticket: the activation code for the mobile app ticket will be sent to the customer by e-mail and must be entered in the IVIE app
If customers have an IVIE app on their phone, they can enter the 12-digit voucher code directly into the IVIE app and redeem the code.
