Customers receive a 12-digit voucher code when booking, which they must enter on the VCC website, in order to personalize the ticket and select the desired option:

  • Print-at-Home Ticket (must be printed in original size): The PDF will be sent to the customer by email
  • Mobile app ticket: the activation code for the mobile app ticket will be sent to the customer by e-mail and must be entered in the IVIE app
  • If customers have an IVIE app on their phone, they can enter the 12-digit voucher code directly into the IVIE app and redeem it via the app
  • Refunds are not possible for this ticket
  • Rescheduling is not possible for this ticket.

Zo een slechte ervaring. Ik heb de tickets niet kunnen gebuiken omdat het inleveren ervan een onbeschrijfelijke hel was. En echte afrader ga gewoon naar de stad en regel het daar. En als je er...
