最低最悪！集合場所の詳細が記載されておらず、ハイアットリージェンシーパリとだけ簡単な記載があるだけで、私たち夫婦はホテル周囲を走り回り集合場所を探し回りましたが　結局見つかりませんでした。あまりに大雑把というか不親切というか参りました。仕方なく鉄道でベルサイユに向かいスマホでチケット購入証明を見せましたが、ツアーガイドに提示しなければバウチャーとして有効ではないとの事で、入ることができません...
最低最悪！集合場所の詳細が記載されておらず、ハイアットリージェンシーパリとだけ簡単な記載があるだけで、私たち夫婦はホテル周囲を走り回り集合場所を探し回りましたが　結局見つかりませんでした。あまりに大雑把というか不親切というか参りました。仕方なく鉄道でベルサイユに向かいスマホでチケット購入証明を見せましたが、ツアーガイドに提示しなければバウチャーとして有効ではないとの事で、入ることができませんでした。こういうケースも想定して、有効な電子チケットを、あらかじめ送って欲しかったです。それならツアーに入らなかったとしても提示して入れたわけです。結構高い料金を支払いましたが、こんなことになるなんて！！もちろんツアーから、大丈夫ですか？場所はわかりますか？など、親切な電話をくれるわけでもなく、さっさと私たちを放って出発した事と思います。ツアー料金返して欲しいです！
