From January 10 to September 1, 2025, visit the ROM to see the exhibition marking the 80th anniversary of the camp's liberation. This exhibition is among the most detailed ever made about Auschwitz. It looks at the history and impact of the Auschwitz camp, a symbol of the Holocaust.

You will find hundreds of original items, shown in Canada for the first time. There are also documents, photos, and stories from survivors. See Auschwitz both as a place where mass murder happened and as a symbol of unchecked hatred.

The exhibition highlights why understanding the Holocaust is important. It asks you to think about how you can help build a more inclusive and tolerant world.
