I was trying to buy a bus ticket and could only get it with the audio tour, which was fine. However, both did not work and i received an email saying I would be refunded for the bus ticket. The audio guide would not work but I wasn’t refunded:(

Easy to use and a great way to see a lot of the city, but buses are 10-30 mins apart and you can be denied entry if full, so can be quite a wait if you're unlucky

Terrible
Paid for tickets but the system then decided to cancel them and refund. The problem was that the refund did not cover the bank and exchange costs so I lost £6 for nothing and wasted my time
