Very easy experience. I needed to confirm the validity of the ticket for a certain day and was able to access help from the web chat function.

Terrible
Waits were too long for fast passes.
We were not informed earlier that park closes early on week days. We hardly had enough time to do at least 5 rides.
Not worth the money spent on fast passes.
