  • The distillery is located at 52, rue de l'arbre sec in Paris, at the back of the courtyard. To access, enter through the large blue door and walk straight towards the end of the courtyard

Discover a hidden gem in the heart of Paris: a cozy micro-distillery. Join a 2.5-hour gin-making workshop led by expert distillers. Learn the art of distillation, how to select the right botanicals, and explore the various styles of gin from around the world.

Enjoy delicious home-crafted cocktails while you create your own gin – handpicking various plants, herbs, and spices to make a unique blend.

Distill your mix on a miniature copper still, and then finish by personalizing your label and taking home a 70cl bottle of your own gin.

Workshop Procedures

  • Participants are welcomed by one of the distillers and founders of the Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec for a tour of the premises
  • The experience continues with an explanation of the principles of distillation and the different profiles and styles of gin possible
  • Participants can then choose the botanicals that will constitute their unique recipes, guided by experts
  • Participants will be given a mini copper still to distill their gin, during which it is possible to enjoy a delicious cocktail
  • The 70cl bottles will be finalized with personalized labels, and participants will leave with their own bottle of gin
  • Cancellation is possible until 72 hours before your visit.
  • Rescheduling is possible until 72 hours before your visit.
