• Show your mobile ticket at the venue
• The entrance is at 45 rue des Pirogues 75012 Paris, 100 m from the “cour Saint Emilion” metro exit on line 14. A large poster L'Horizon de Khéops is visible in the window of the premises
• Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
• On the site, you will be divided into groups of no more than 3 people to interact with the experience during the visit
• The experience is accessible to people with reduced mobility
• The experience lasts 1 hour and includes 45 minutes of free-roaming virtual reality
• For the last session of the day, please arrive no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled time

• The visual content of this immersive expedition is not subtitled. However, a person wearing a hearing aid can follow and hear the content of the experience. You will be offered a sound adjustment before the immersion to guarantee an optimal audio experience
• People who wear prescription glasses can experience the expedition in virtual reality. The staff will offer you a vision adjustment before the experience begins to ensure your comfort
• A person with heart disease or epilepsy cannot participate in this immersive virtual reality expedition
• The equipment (computer on the back and headset on the head) is incompatible with carrying a baby in a baby carrier on the stomach or the back and with a stroller pushed by a visitor
