The Princess Theatre is the most stand-out building on Spring Street in Melbourne, Australia. Originally established in 1854, it was rebuilt in 1886 to a design by William Pitt, one of the most accomplished architects of the time. It's the oldest surviving entertainment venue in mainland Australia.
