Everythinh went really smoothly! The app marks the ticket as used once it’s used at the first location, so it took a little digging to get to the tickets at the second location. Other than that,...

We got there right at opening time, no problems getting in, digital ticket was no hassle, and the digital museum guide was very helpful in deciding what we wanted to see

The ticket purchase process is simple, but the security team at the museum are rude and overly aggressive. Seems to be true of most security check people in nyc though sadly.
