Ballonfahrt fand nicht statt. Wir wurden nicht darüber informiert. Die Rückerstattung über Tiqets ist seit Tagen nicht erfolgt. Sehr ärgerlich wenn Taxikosten entstehen, dem Anbieter eigentlich egal ist, ob ihre Kunden Zeit und Geld verlieren und die Rückerstattung der Buchungsgebühr auch nicht funktioniert.
