In his first solo museum exhibition, Germane Barnes reinterprets Western architecture through the perspective of the African diaspora.
The exhibit features three new column designs: one celebrating the Black body, another examining the impact of slavery on economic growth, and a third reflecting on the journeys of enslaved Africans.
