There was waiting and a queue for the tickets bought with travel agent online companies that took longer than direct ticket purchase from Sunway Lagoon website.

Easy to buy the ticket using tiqets app, instant confirmation, tickets can be assessed through the app.
The only thing is, it took a little while for the e-ticket to be processed by Sunway...
