You think you bought a ticket and will not have to stand in a queue, but that is not the case. We have been sent to stand in a queue with people who didn't have tickets. They explained that this ticket is just a booking and not a ticket. Only the people who bought the tickets from Westminster Abbey official website were in a separate and much more quicker queue with a priority entry. We had to wait almost an hour to enter and had no advantage over people who just came without a ticket.
