Terrible
Directions to meet were unclear. We paid for a guided tour & the guide did not arrive. We asked the staff to confirm where to meet the tour guide, as no one arrived - the staff acknowledged...
Directions to meet were unclear. We paid for a guided tour & the guide did not arrive. We asked the staff to confirm where to meet the tour guide, as no one arrived - the staff acknowledged they have problems with directions to meet guides. We missed out on the complete history about the Pena castle & Royal Family.
