Tickets overview

  • At 11,520 m2, Santa Maria de la Sede is the largest gothic cathedral in the world

  • The best time to visit the Seville Cathedral is in the early morning and right before closing

  • See the impressive wood-carved altarpiece Capilla Mayor, which is covered in up to three tons of pure gold

  • Seville Cathedral showcases details from an diverse mix of cultures – Moorish, Jewish, Christian, and Arabic

  • The tomb of Spanish explorer Christopher Columbus is housed within the walls of Catedral de Sevilla

  • The Seville Cathedral lies in Barrio Santa Cruz – the heart of old Seville – surrounded by bars, cafes, and restaurants

Although you can enter many other Spanish holy sites free of charge, Seville Cathedral requires a ticket for general entrance.

As the third-largest cathedral in Europe, you can bet that there will be a line to the ticket office, which is why you should book your Catedral de Seville tickets in advance.

  • Enrich your Seville Cathedral experience with a guided tour

  • Combine your Seville Cathedral ticket with other UNESCO World Heritage Sites, like the Alcazar of Seville

  • Save even more time and money with a Seville city pass, including admission to both the Seville Cathedral and the Alcazar, as well as a handy audio guide and access to hop-on hop-off bus transport through the city

  • Mass is held on Sunday mornings; check the visitor hours before you plan to arrive

  • The ticket office stops selling entrance tickets one hour before closing (sometimes earlier)

  • Adapted toilets and baby changing tables are located in the permanent exhibition area and in the Patio de los Naranjos

  • Free wheelchair service available for those with limited mobility

  • Braille brochures and sign guide services are also available

  • Check out the downloadable family-friendly visitor material designed for children

  • Please be respectful of worshippers and refrain from taking photographs and engaging in loud conversations

  • Dress code enforced – knees and shoulders must be covered; remove hats before entering

Entrámos logo, sem esperas e tivemos acesso a todo o espaço. A Catedral é deslumbrante e a subida à Giralda vale a pena pela vista magnífica sobre a cidade.

Good
It was good to skip the line as it was quite busy. The climb up the tower was tough but worth it. The cathedral just like many I’ve seen- full of wealth and amazing workmanship
