Excellent

Riding public transportation is intimidating when you don't know when or where to go. There were plenty of signs and staff guiding us through the process making it so easy!

I was a first time user and it was very easy to find my way. The only suggestion would be to have more elevators or escalators heading down to the sounder train because the line to wait for the one slow elevator was very long.
