Excellent

First time visitor to Seattle and it did not disappoint. The SC Monorail was a great experience! So easy to use, very clean, conductors were friendly.

Riding public transportation is intimidating when you don't know when or where to go. There were plenty of signs and staff guiding us through the process making it so easy!

Downtown start was easy, loading at the center was difficult as we had electronic tickets and had to go to another line. attendees were simply standing around talking prior and no signs no direction
