Excellent
Riding public transportation is intimidating when you don't know when or where to go. There were plenty of signs and staff guiding us through the process making it so easy!

Glad I pre-purchased tickets for the Monorail, it was Kids Day at the WNBA game on Wed 7-10 & it was very busy at the rail, thanks for this option to purchase tickets ahead of time.
