  • Your time slot for the security screening will be assigned if you book online, so make sure you get there on time. There may be a 30-minute wait on busy days

  • A security check is mandatory. Large bags and luggage are not allowed in the chapel. You can bring a stroller if it folds up and fits in the X-ray machine

  • Between Apr 1 and Sep 30, Sainte-Chapelle is open from 9:00 – 19:00. The chapel closes at 17:00 from Oct 1 – Apr 1. The last admission slot you can book is 40 minutes before closing time

  • Audio tours are available for €3 (onsite only). You can choose from English, Spanish, German, and Japanese

  • Swing by the Notre Dame Cathedral – it's an 8-min walk

Wonderful experience. Highly recommended. Entrance to both museums was without any complications. Very friendly stuff. Lots of interesting informations with self guides.
