Terrible

Difficult to download tickets When this was eventually sorted out the guide told me our tour was booked in Italian which was not correct so we had to wander through palace by ourselves….a total...

Difficult to download tickets When this was eventually sorted out the guide told me our tour was booked in Italian which was not correct so we had to wander through palace by ourselves….a total waste of money. Will never book with Tiqets again or recommend them
