This culinary journey kicks off in a charming cooking school, boasting cutting-edge appliances. Here, you'll clink glasses of prosecco with fellow food fanatics over an Italian aperitivo, laden with succulent cured meats and cheese.

Then, it's time to don those aprons and get hands-on, fashioning fettuccine and ravioli from scratch, paired with traditional red and white sauces, whipped up with chef-chosen, seasonally fresh ingredients. As if this wasn't enough, the course gets a sweet twist with a gelato-making interlude.

Devour your homemade pasta masterpiece, alongside a selection of wines and a helping of your freshly churned gelato.
