  • St. Peter's Square Omnia Collection Point: Piazza Pio XII 9 (Mon-Sun 9:00-16:00, closed Vatican holidays)
  • Lateran Palace - Omnia Collection Point: Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano (Mon-Sat 9:00-16:00, closed on Sun and Vatican holidays. The Lateran Palace is located on the right side of the main facade of the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano

  • Due to an event, the Omnia Collection Point located at the Lateran Palace will be closed for the entire day of NOVEMBER 12, 2024. The office located inside the portico of the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano (right side) will be open. It will be necessary to go through security checks to access the Collection Point.

  • Refunds are not possible for this ticket
  • Rescheduling is not possible for this ticket.
