You don't have enough time to visit three attractions in the same day, they are too far from the one to th other and the bus schedule and stops are not clear. If I bought individual tickets for the two attractions (palace and Louvre) I would pay less.

Qasr Al Hosn is the oldest stone building in Abu Dhabi. Now a cultural history museum dedicated to preserving Emirati culture, it used to serve as the seat of government. The fort's stone defense tower was the first permanent structure in the now-capital of the UAE.
