On the day of your reservation you will receive an email with login information to your Audioguide around 9 am in the morning. (If you can not see this email, please check your SPAM folder)
Please click the link in your email that will redirect you to a login page - all of the login information is prefilled. If not, you can find them in the email
Please hit the login button
In the Audioguide menu, you will find the entry ticket to the Žižkov Tower
Please scan this entry ticket at the entrance scanner
Please go back to the menu, and open Stage 1 of your audioguide
Hit the play button, and enjoy your visit!
