How to redeem a ticket:

  • On the day of your reservation, you will receive an email with login information to your audio guide around 9 AM. (If you can not see the email, please check your SPAM folder)
  • Please click the link in your email that will redirect you to a login page - all of the login information is prefilled. If not, you can find them in the email
  • Please hit the login button
  • In the audio guide menu, you will find the entry ticket to the Pilsner Urquell Experience
  • Please scan this entry ticket at the entrance scanner
  • Please go back to the menu and open Stage 1 of your audio guide
  • Hit the play button and enjoy your visit
