Great organisation and information from the company.
Sadly due to a technical booking issue our tickets for the arena floor were not honoured however we were given a prompt refund for that part...

It was a great opportunity to see the inner workings of the Colosseum, and I could vividly picture the common people who carried out this massive construction.

Really good, easy to get tickets. Only downside was it was not clearly marked where you were on map when looking around and google maps seems to take you off in the wrong direction so be wary
