Interessante e bello, nel padiglione sono organizzate spesso mostre che forse inficiano l’esperienza, ma a parte questo la visita è consigliatissima!

A truly beautiful and captivating space with a fascinating history. If only for the reason that I learned about the greatness that was Lilly Reich, and the inception of the Barcelona chair, this place was well worth the visit.
Mies van der Rohe Pavilion

About: Mies van der Rohe Pavilion

The Mies van der Rohe Pavilion, a symbolic work of the Modern movement, was designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Lilly Reich as Germany's national pavilion for the 1929 Barcelona International Exposition. After the closing of the Exhibition, the Pavilion was dismantled in 1930. Over time, it became a key reference both in the trajectory of Mies van der Rohe and for the architecture of the 20th century as a whole.
