The art collection is very high quality medieval and Renaissance paintings and some sculpture, not very crowded, no lines, friendly and helpful staff. The Palazzo Barberini is under renovation...
The art collection is very high quality medieval and Renaissance paintings and some sculpture, not very crowded, no lines, friendly and helpful staff. The Palazzo Barberini is under renovation and not well signposted. Use the entrance on Quatro Fontane, where the garden is.

Very good. We also did the Borghese Gallery Tour Experience . Borghese was very special and several of the works were on loan to the Barberini….making it a great combination tour.

I went to Barberini to see the Caravaggio paintings. I was not disappointed. Well worth the visit.

About: Galleria Corsini

Galleria Corsini's story started in 1511, when the building was erected by Cardinal Raffaele Riario (1461-1521). The Corsini family acquired the palazzo in 1736 and now it's a testament to the work of Italian masters. The Galleria Corsini is located in Rome, close to the Botanical Gardens in the Trastevere section of the city.
