Poor

Barcelona said it was free Wi-Fi, but I could not find a free wi-fi site anywhere, except one location. The subway, train, plazas, streets, sites....nothing. so I could not use the audio guide.

I was trying to buy a bus ticket and could only get it with the audio tour, which was fine. However, both did not work and i received an email saying I would be refunded for the bus ticket. The audio guide would not work but I wasn’t refunded:(

Easy to use and a great way to see a lot of the city, but buses are 10-30 mins apart and you can be denied entry if full, so can be quite a wait if you're unlucky
