- Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes at 24 State Street , also known as One Battery Park Plaza
- The tour guide wearing a yellow uniform will meet you on the plaza outside Starbucks
- The "Ferry Will Call" window does not have your tickets or reservations; only your guide does.
- Pick up your audio guide at the National Park “Audio Tour Pick-Up Here” desk upon arrival at Liberty Island.
- Pick up your audio guide for the Ellis Island Immigration Museum at the customer service desk inside the museum once you are on Ellis Island.
