Terrible
Says busses and shuttle included but impossible to find. Tourist desks the most unhelpful rude people you’ll ever meet if you’re from America. Be ready to pay for your own transportation and help...

Poor
Pompei: You have to wait in the line with others to exchange digital pass with prk tickets. Audio guide is not working, because of the poor phone signal.
