Make more of your time in Milan with a bike tour, which will get you out and about and into parts of the city that buses can't reach!
The ride starts in the old, bohemian Ticinese district, named after the city gate of the same name. Pedal onwards and stop at all the must-see areas of the city center, including the stunning Gothic cathedral of the Duomo, the Palazzo Reale, the elegant Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and the world-famous La Scala Opera House.
From there, check out the Brera, the district of artists that hosts the city’s Pinacoteca (Art Gallery), and the modern architecture of the Porta Nuova district.
Pedal on to the Castello Sforzesco, soak up the air in the city's green lung, the Parco Sempione, and visit the Roman ruins from the Imperial era, when Milan was the capital of a glorious Roman Empire. Its Palace, Circus and Amphitheatre just beg for a few photos!
Combine Teatro alla Scala with other Milan favorites. Some things are better together.
