Start with the rooftops: go to the southern entrance and scan your ticket at the turnstile, then take the lift
Duomo Museum & Church of San Gottardo (closed Wednesdays): scan your ticket directly at the entrance (only if option Fast Track Pass selected)
Cathedral & Archeological Area: take the group entrance and scan your ticket (only if option Fast Track Pass selected)
You can enter each attraction only once in 72 hours from your booked timeslot, re-entering is not possible
Rooftop only option does not include access to Duomo Cathedral and Museum

Wheelchair accessible Only the lower rooftop is accessible from 10:00 to 17:00 and exclusively via the south elevator

Wheelchair access to the rooftops is only possible as far as the lower rooftop (limited to the area behind the choir). This service is available daily from 10:00 to 17:00, exclusively via the south elevator (77 x 106 x 130 cm). If the south elevator is out of order, the north one (65 x 111 x 137 cm) will be used instead
If the audio guide is lost or damaged, the customer must pay the sum of 110 euros
