Je n'ai pas pu réserver Duomo le samedi car plus de place à 14 h mon amie F a eu un pbl avec Yes Milano pass qui n'a pas fonctionné les 3 jrs pour les transports et n'a obtenu aucune aide...
Je n'ai pas pu réserver Duomo le samedi car plus de place à 14 h mon amie F a eu un pbl avec Yes Milano pass qui n'a pas fonctionné les 3 jrs pour les transports et n'a obtenu aucune aide efficace par mail !!! C'etait vraiment un probleme 😱😱. Lorsqu'elle scannait son qr code, il s'affichait : non accepté !!!

Très mauvaise expérience avec le Yesmilano pass. Mon pass transport n'a jamais fonctionné, alors que celui de mon amie fonctionnait. L'aide se passe uniquement par e-mail et Yesmilano pass n'a pas...
Très mauvaise expérience avec le Yesmilano pass. Mon pass transport n'a jamais fonctionné, alors que celui de mon amie fonctionnait. L'aide se passe uniquement par e-mail et Yesmilano pass n'a pas pu me dépanner à part me demander de réinstaller mon appli et me dire qu'ils étaient désolés ! Ce n'est pas sérieux et aucun dédommagement n'est prévu ! !! Heureusement que cela fonctionnait pour les visites car sinon cela aurait été vraiment catastrophique. Je ne le recommande pas.
