Melbourne Museum: Entry Tickets + SEA LIFE Melbourne

• Ocean tunnels at SEA LIFE Melbourne, home to the larger sharks and rays, are temporarily closed. This is due to some of the animals in the Oceanarium requiring some extra care. The welfare and safety of our animals is of utmost importance to SEA LIFE Melbourne, and we will be sure to keep you updated when the tunnels are opened again
• Oceanarium is currently closed due to renovation, therefore the sharks and rays will be off display.

• Service animals are welcome in the museum. The lift has tactile indicators.
• Melbourne Museum is an autism-friendly museum, which provides maps of high and low sensory spaces, quiet times, social scripts, and more.

Getting here by public transport:

• Tram: Tram route 86 or Tram route 96 to the corner of Nicholson and Gertrude Streets.
• Free City Circle Tram to Victoria Parade
• Train: City loop train to Parliament Station
• Bus: routes 250, 251 and 402 to Rathdowne Street

Getting here by bicycle:

• Local bicycle facilities include bike lanes on Rathdowne St and Canning St. There is also a shared pedestrian/bike path on Nicholson St.
• Bicycle racks on the Plaza provide ample bike parking just outside the front door.

Parking:

• Located under Melbourne Museum, the car park is open 7 days a week from 5.30am to 00:00. For detailed Melbourne Museum Car Park rates, please refer to the voucher.
