The Picasso Birthplace Museum is just a couple of minutes on foot from Malaga Cathedral, and around the corner from the well-known Cervantes Theater. It's also close to the Picasso Museum, if you're after a double dose of Picasso in Malaga.
The Collection of the Russian Museum in Málaga is located in La Tabacalera. Covering roughly 2,300 square meters, it was once a busy tobacco factory. The museum is easy to reach by public transport from the city center. Take the bus line 16 and get off at Avenida Sor Teresa Prats (Tabacalera) or line 40 and get off at Avenida Pacifico (Princesa).
