  • Exchange your smartphone ticket at the ticket office at either Westminster Pier (open 10:00-17:00) or Tower Pier (open 09:15-19:00)
  • After you have redeemed the ticket, board any boat and hop-on and hop-off between all 17 piers until the last boat (after 23:00)
  • At the moment, only the RB1 service between Woolwich (Royal Arsenal) and Battersea Power Station Pier is operating
