The iconic Royal Liver Building takes pride of place at the heart of the city’s iconic waterfront, standing as a symbol of Liverpool, its history, and its people. Start your journey at the visitor centre, and learn about the building’s history as well as its place in local heritage.
After you’ve viewed the exhibitions, join your guided tour to the 10th and 15th floors to enjoy spectacular 360° views of the Liverpool skyline and a state-of-the-art projection inside the historic clock tower.
- Show your smartphone ticket at the entrance
- The starting point is at the experience reception inside the Liver Building 360
- The main entrance to Royal Liver Building 360 is located in the courtyard of the building, just off Canada Boulevard
Please note:
- The digitally mapped display inside the clock tower contains flashing lights and loud sounds which may affect you if you suffer from photosensitive epilepsy
- There is no option to experience part of the tour – you must be able to complete the full 70-minute tour or remain in the lower ground floor visitor centre
- It isn’t possible to join a tour once it’s departed from the lower ground floor visitor centre; refunds or amendments are not possible if you miss your timeslot
- Large bags are not permitted on the tour

Efficient welcome, knowledgeable friendly guide, however challenging ascent of clock tower up steep winding stairs, but well worth the effort for panoramic views.

Western Approaches Museum
The Western Approaches Museum is as authentic a war museum as you're likely to find. Beneath Liverpool City Centre, this once top-secret bunker was the strategic hub where the Battle of the Atlantic was masterminded. It's barely changed since the doors closed in 1945!
