Poor
The pass is actually very limited for free entrances, usually just a discount. No fast line, you have to wait in hours to get inside. Do not buy it.

If you plan to be in Lisbon for 2 or 3 days and expect to go to many sites, including the Oceanarium, then it is worth the cost. The metro access allows you to use the system with ease. Aquarium...
If you plan to be in Lisbon for 2 or 3 days and expect to go to many sites, including the Oceanarium, then it is worth the cost. The metro access allows you to use the system with ease. Aquarium entrance is immediate. Children will enjoy it. OTOH, if you only go to a couple venues and mostly walk, then it may not be cost effective.
