Aside from the fondue, this return trip from Interlaken will be the highlight of your Swiss holiday!

Board the Eiger Express, the state-of-the-art V-Cableway opened in 2020, and move towards the Eiger Glacier station. Then, ride the classic cogwheel train via Kleine Scheidegg up to Jungfraujoch, soaking up amazing, panoramic mountain views as you go.

Jungfraujoch is home to Europe's highest train station, mountain scenery, a glacier, and lots more. At the top, a snowy alpine wonderland of eternal ice, snow, and rock awaits. You can even stroll through the tunnels of the Ice Palace at the heart of the glacier.

A short coach journey brings you to the mountain resort of Grindelwald, where you'll board the pristine Eiger Express. Then you'll take a cogwheel train for the spectacular ride up to Jungfraujoch.

Stunning views of the world-famous triple peaks of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau accompany you on the way – the perilous Eiger North Face dominates the skyline.

Once at the top, immerse yourself in the fascinating alpine wonderland. Experience the 'Alpine Sensation' tour which marks the 100-year anniversary of the Jungfrau Railway, and visit the Sphinx Observation Terrace and Plateau with the most breathtaking panoramic views of snow-capped peaks. From here, you can see the neighboring countries and Europe's longest glacier, the Aletsch Glacier.

Don't forget to stroll through the tunnels of the Ice Palace located in the heart of the glacier. It's an experience that may not come your way again – over the past 40 years, the glacier has shrunk by more than a kilometer.

Restaurants are available for meals and refreshments. The descent passes holiday destinations like Wengen and takes you to Lauterbrunnen, where the coach awaits you to bring you back to Interlaken.

  • You can choose between the full train ride (Blue Train – Green Train – Red Train) or Blue Train – Cablecar – Red Train.
  • Cancellation is possible until 24 hours before your visit date.
  • Rescheduling is possible until 24 hours before your visit date.
