Nous n’avons pas trouvé le guide pour cette excursion, le point de rendez-vous n’était pas spécifié correctement, nous avons cherché pendant 1h30 sans résultat, personne ne nous a appelé pour savoir où nous étions. Je ne recommanderai pas ce site Payer 118€ pour ne rien avoir est inacceptable…..

Die App ist durchaus in Ordnung, leider war der Guide zum Ausflug nicht auffindbar. Telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Geld wollen Sie auch nicht erstatten. Also sollte man die Anbieter prüfen. Einfach unzufrieden. Haben dann auf eigene Faust einen Ausflug gemacht. Dann weiß man was man hat. Der Chat mit den Mitarbeitern von Tigets haben versucht zu helfen. Und waren freundlich. Leider trotzdem ohne Erfolg.
