The rail journey is very beautiful and enjoyable. The 2 x waterfalls had plenty of water and therefore made for great photos

The tour provided from downunder, sky rail and kuranda railway was great as always. However this was the worst booking experience I have ever had. Bearing in mind I have worked in resorts and tour...
The tour provided from downunder, sky rail and kuranda railway was great as always. However this was the worst booking experience I have ever had. Bearing in mind I have worked in resorts and tour sales. None of the information was up to date. There was nobody to great my family or another guest at the skyrail terminal to collect tickets. We had to ring downunder directly to find out that no pick up information or contact details were provided to them as we had booked self drive. It took 20mins for tickets to be sent though leaving us at the back of the line and arriving late in kuranda. We then had to go to the train station for them to issue tickets for our return. For this "stress free guided experience" we paid about $80 more than booking directly. Would appreciate an explanation
