• Show your smartphone ticket to the guide at the meeting point
• Elephant bathing session is not available
• Elephant bathing fee is payable at your own expense (RM10 per person, payable directly at the sanctuary)
• Deerland Park may close without notice. There will be no compensation or alternative for the closure
• Please wait in the hotel lobby/ground floor at least 15 minutes before the designated pickup time
• Pickup time is between 15 minutes before or after the designated pickup time

• For pickup outside of Kuala Lumpur City's Golden Triangle area (Pudu area and outskirts hotel), a surcharge is required (surcharge rate and pickup time shall be defined by pickup location); the surcharge is to be paid directly to the driver in cash
