The Domecq Palace is the prototype of the great houses built by the aristocracy and the bourgeoisie established in the city in the second half of the 18th century.
With a quadrangular floor plan, it is built around a large central courtyard of Italian marble, and a three-story facade with majestic balconies that give way to one of the best views of Jerez.
Admire the work of architects Juan Diaz de la Guerra, the Sevillian Antonio Matias de Figueroa, and Pedro de Cos who were also the minds behind numerous renowned works in Jerez and Andalusia. Inside, you can appreciate a unique cultural ensemble of paintings, tapestries, sculptures and noble materials imported from Italy, Flanders, and France.
