For Hagia Sophia Mosque Disabled visitors and visitors with walking difficulties are unable to enter e through the second floor of the gallery. This group of visitors can proceed with their tickets to the entrance on the first floor, which is the entrance for Turkish citizens, therefore this group of people can only enter the first floor (praying area).
