I could not use the tickets that were purchased and had to pay twice to visit the museum. I’ve reached out to customer service on the same day both proof and am still waiting on a refund or credit. I was told I would receive an email and nothing has come.

It was a great experience. It was definitely fun . I loved every bit of it. It was clean the staff were pleasant. The prop’s and the illusions were definitely awesome.
