Only 3 of the main courses ordered of 4 were brought out. 1 main meal wasn't put through as an order. Had to wait an extra 20 minutes for 4th meal to be brought out. Only requested 1 of the burgers without tomatoes all came without tomatoes. Says this is a mobile ticket purchase, however Hardrock cafe staff required a printed voucher
