• Disabled visitors and visitors with walking difficulties: Only the first floor is accessible at the Hagia Sophia Mosque. The Sophia History and Experience Museum is wheelchair accessible

• Dress code: Women are required to cover their hair, shoulders, knees and chest (scarf available for purchase onsite). Men are required to cover their knees and shoulders. Tattoos and Symbols need to be covered.
• Security line: It cannot be skipped and can take time to pass in high season
• Strollers: They need to be folded and carried by hand due to the historical floor
