  • Security line: It cannot be skipped and can take time to pass in high season
  • Strollers: They need to be folded and carried by hand due to the historical floor

Terrible
Someone was supposed to give us our tickets near the exit gate. No show, no tickets. Had to buy our own tickets. Totally waste of time and money.

Poor
We booked combined ticket for Aya Sofia and Cisterna. For Aya Sofia the experience was fair but we faced a terrible experience for cisterna. We were waiting for almost an hour at the meeting point...
We booked combined ticket for Aya Sofia and Cisterna. For Aya Sofia the experience was fair but we faced a terrible experience for cisterna. We were waiting for almost an hour at the meeting point at 3degrees celcius. Nobody showed up. We went to the entrance, they denied us to enter, they told that we had to wait for the guide. We walked 10 minutes to reach the helpdesk were they gave us our tickets and the we went back to the monument.
